VERY EASY TO USE AND HELPED US SLEEP AT NIGHT THE ONLY THING I WOULD DEFINITLEY CHANGE IS ITS CHARGING CORD NEEDS TO BE LONGER I DID ORDER AN EXTENTION BUT IT WAS DIFICULT TO FIND, WITHOUT IT MOM WOULD MOVE AND THE MAGNETIC CHARGER WOULD COME OFF. MY FATHER HAS BEEN WEARING THIS FOR MONTHS ONLY TO FIND WHEN HE NEEDED IT IT DID NOT WORK. IT WAS SET UP THROUGH THE COMPANY BATTERY CHARGED BILL IS PAID EVERY MONTH, NOT ONLY DID FALL DETECTION NOT WORK BUT WHEN WE PRESSED THE SOS THE LIGHT CAME ON BUT NOTHING ELSE. HE HAD PRESSED THE SOS A FEW TIMES NEEDING HELP HE DRAGGED HIMSELF TO THE KITCHEN YELLING OUT THANKS FOR NOTHING PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS PRODUCT

Adequate Response Time
I mistakenly banged my fist on my pillow while the device was in my hand and it set off the fall detection alert. I quickly canceled it, and found out later on that the company still received the alert notification which I liked. My grandmother also mistakenly pushed the button while getting used to wearing it and the representatives called her which is good. I'd rather them call her and she not need them then not call her when she does need EMS response. To be such a small device, the speaker is pretty loud and clear. Im satisfied with the purchase and monthly cost.

Not the best!!
They are supposed to know when you fall but my mom has fallen twice with them not sensing it. One time it was shut off, it was charged but I had to completely reset it to get it to work again.

Their gonna put my momma in jail
This thing works a little too well when it’s used properly. As soon as I got my mothers alert signed/set up I kept getting calls from the subscriber (yes you must subscribe to make monthly payments for the full benefits of the alert system) that 911 has been called and on the way to wherever my mother was located. Somehow she kept accidentally bumping the button on the device to call 911. It was really getting to be annoying. It also notified you when the device had a low charge. This device must be charged daily. Which means the person wearing the device has to remember to take it off and charge it every single night. Well that doesn’t help those in early stages of dementia or Alzheimer’s or any other illness that causes memory loss. I thought this was something they could wear and never have to take it off. But this beats paying for the real life alert system that is pre costly. I still like the product though.

Gives confidence
My mother recently went home after having a stroke. I bought her the pendant and a watch with GPS tracking. It gives her security and her independence to know that if she falls again, it’ll Set off an alarm and help will come if she is unable to speak.

No instructions-No support
The device came with no instructions but to call to activate. When calling the 800-number - I was told they would take a message for me.There was only two prompts - one to the address/hours and one to the next available rep. with the 800-number and one was to someone who could take a message only.I plan to return the item. There are no instructions and clearly they are not prepared. I would not want to give a device to a senior when there is clearly no instructions or support options.

Fast customer service
I recently ordered the watch and necklace for my grandparents and I really like how fast I get connected with a representative in customer service to activate my service, they were really helpful in explaining how the device works and the service they offer, my grandma recently had a fall where she was unresponsive but the fall detection activated and it called my sister right away who is the closest person to her and was able to help her right away, product dose not seem to be cheap and has already done its job
