Rémy Martin Tercet Cognac Fine Champagne, 70cl

I usually go for rich and woody notes in a cognac but this is something quite different, but absolutely delicious, lots of fruity/tropical notes. I also usually would drink cognac without ice, but I found it was really delicious slightly chilled with a couple of ice cubes (just long enough to chill the liquid then removed - my personal preference as I don't like too much dilution). It was really beautiful after dinner with a couple of squares of orange dark chocolate!Worth the money, would recommend

I usually have Remy Martin in a bar as a treat. We had a celebration coming up, and I thought this would be perfect. We'll presented this could be a perfect wedding present. I used my whisky stones to cool it and not water it down. Smooth and fruity with a hint of cinnamon.

Don’t let the name confuse you. This is a cognac, not a champagne. It’s a wonderful drink to finish off a dinner party. A smooth blend of fruits and spices that warm the palate. Beautiful bottle and packaging. A hefty price tag but would make a fabulous gift.
