I haven’t even been able to connect this camera to my phone so it’s been completely useless so far. The V380 pro app that is required to connect to the camera requires a subscription in that they request for credit car information. I saw nothing on the product description mentioning anything close to this. I’m not paying for a subscription, this should be s free app that supports the use of the camera. Don’t waste your time in purchasing this item.

I dont like theres no power source.

This thing is tiny. You'd have to be looking for it specifically to notice it in a room, so it's definitely easy to hide for security surveillance . It's so small because there' not battery and no display. The entire "UI" is two recessed LEDs that you have to look straight at to see (again, good for hiding the device) and a single reset button.The setup was horrendous. The included instructions and the ones email from the seller are useless. They refer to a QR code included in the packaging or on the device to set up the camera. No such QR code exists. There's a QR Code-like barcode on the box that does nothing. None of the numbers on the box work in the "device code" box.After about 30 minutes of stumbling around all the setup options, I finally got the thing online and sending video.But even with an SD card inserted I cannot get the camera to save motion detection even video to the card; it will only save still images.So this thing is hard to setup and nearly useless once you do.

It took forever to configure the wifi and finally when it said it was connected successfully there was no picture and kept saying it might be too far from the router and to check if my router was working properly and the worst part it got really hot and it wasnt even connected to the charger

This item is so small and has tons of features not even mentioned..

I tried to install the app for this camera, and it refuses to let me connect my wifi to it so I can use it. I do not recommend this camera to anyone!! The videos on the app aren’t even for this camera!!!

The device would not connect to my phone at first when it did it would not connect to the internet. Contacted the seller followed their instructions and it connected but it constantly freezes. If I am outside trying to monitor a room the device is worse it freeze for a long time. The audio reception is bad, it goes in and out constantly.
