Better than expected
The quality is amazing especially for the price . Loads of pockets with zips and straps . My daughters extremely happy and it's big enough to fit all her school needs :)

Love this bag
Got this bag for my 7 year o d daughter for school and was not disappointed! Very nice looking bag well max looks just like the pictures ! It’s got loads of room and is not a small bag holds all her school things in and would hold more ! Loads of places in and out side of bag to put things in value for money I would say it’s great as like said well made and dose not look cheap ! It’s one of best school bag we have brought her over years ! Would definitely recommend buying it only down fall it’s not on prime so postage did take a while to come ! And would of been nice to of had a message from seller to just keep us in loop of time scale of when it would arrive ! Date of arrival kept changing and saying delayed so didn’t come on dates that was advertised! Was 2weeks over ! But when it came the disappointment of that all went out window as bag was so nice 😂 just note if order it dose take a bit to come so order it in plenty of time if you need for a time scale ect date !

Great bag, broken buckle
The backpack arrived in good time, saved unopened until today for sons birthday. Sadly, I've noticed the strap buckle is broken - unable to feed strap through so now unusable. disappointing as I can't give this to son now. Noticed bag itself was folded in half so buckle may have been damaged in transit. Apart from this, it's a very spacious & sturdy backpack but I would like a refund please

Do not buy
Brought this bag for my daughter. Started off well but the stitching on the hook has broken (don’t expect that) then the zip broke to the main part (also don’t expect that sort of damage). When I contacted the seller they said if the bag has been used then there’s nothing they ‘will’ do about it. Absolutely disgusting response. Considering the bag isn’t cheap also…..Stay well clear!
