I have this shirt in light blue and white. They both fit the same and they are perfect! You do have to go up one size as they run small. I usually wear a small and I sized up to a medium. I am busty and these fit perfect for a button up and not tight around my middle but not oversized either. Washing is a dream as they come out of the dryer just like new without shrinking!

Too small. I went by the exact mesurment as instructed which was at the sight I ordered from. Way to small.. i will reorder a larger size. Because it is a nice shirt.

I really love this shirt. Not sure why it is called a "work" shirt as it is very classy. Looks great alone or under a sweater or vest. Wore for the first time today and it is truly one of the best shirts like this style that I have owned. Perfect fit, material is very nice and well made. I washed it and ironed it, because I like crisp clothing. I ordered a medium based on other reviews. I am 5'5" and 140 lbs. medium frame. It could not be a better fit, no gaping at the buttons, sleeve length is perfect. Wish they made a royal blue. The navy is just so pretty. I would and will order again. Cannot recommend this enough.

Blouse is well made, decent quality and good fabric. My daughter wore it under her University sweatshirt for a graduation photo session and it remained wrinkle free. The collar is sturdy and maintained its’ shape. I gave it 4 stars out of 5 because the blouse fit smaller than expected in the bust area. You would need to wear a bra with thin fabric in order for the blouse to lie flat on the chest & remain closed. If you have a large bust or wear padded bras size up. Other than that I recommend this product.

The size suggestion chart for this shirt is not accurate at all. I'm 5'8 and ~130 lbs, which puts me squarely in the Large size according to the suggestion. I thought this was weird since I usually wear a small or medium, but thought that maybe the weirdness was because of Asian sizing. But sure enough, the shirt fit like a regular large and was way too big for me. Aside from sizing issues, the shirt itself is alright. Seems decently made. The fabric isn't very soft right out of the bag, but it would probably soften up after washing. UPDATE: Returned the large. Took proper measurements and the sizing chart put me at an XS. Didn't trust that either so I ordered a small (my usual size) and that fits nicely. The shirt is a little see-through, definitely needs an undershirt with it, but other than that it's fine.

The material has a wonderful crispness. The fit was perfect. Washes wonderfully!

I work in an environment which is not super formal, but I do need to look respectable. My budget is rather tight, so I like to have basics to mix and match to extend my wardrobe. I decided to try this shirt, in black, based on price & reviews. I wash on cold. This shirt, being black, I washed with like colors & fabrics that don’t shed excessively. I dry on low. I removed the shirt partway through the dry cycle & hung it promptly. I have no desire to iron. The shirt wasn’t fresh from the dry cleaners stiff, but it was wrinkle-free. I did make the mistake of wearing it under a light gray sweater. It looked really nice, but the shirt was pretty linty after taking the sweater off. Now, I stick to darker sweaters over this shirt. Another thing I like about this shirt is that the sleeves are long enough & it stays tucked in! I could have ordered a large, but I went big because I didn’t want to be constantly adjusting the shirt with my every movement. Despite being a little large, it doesn’t look sloppy. For reference, most women’s shirts are tight in the shoulders & short on the arms for me. I’ll likely be ordering a few more colors soon.
