A: Hi I had same problem . Slacken off all nuts place on a flat surface and re tighten. If this fails you have probably put together wrong

A: No it is not foldable. Once assembled it is fixed. You would need to dismantle it to pack it away.

**Q: Would this be suitable for a 4 year old? It says suitable up to 25kg & she's 15kg, but does it feel robust enough?**
A: Hello, it is robust and maybe a four year old wouldn't need to rely on the handle as much as my 2 yr old granddaughter. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
