I prefer a softer pillow; that is why I gave the "support" three stars; however, for me it is definitely a five. It is rare to find an 85% feather and 15% down pillow. There are no inner chambers as on other pillows. They are all mixed together which to me, is definitely more comfortable. These pillows will take about a week to settle in, and once they do, you will enjoy sleeping on them.

It’s easy to say something wonderful about a product when it’s given vs bought and paid for.Now that that’s understood, my first impression of these pillows weren’t all that great. In fact, I’d say I was very underwhelmed. They were flat of course from being vacuumed packed, and the feathers were clumped together. After tossing these around to loosen up the filling, I put both pillows in my dryer with a dryer sheet. They became whole new pillows!I am a side sleeper, but you’re able to mold the pillow around your head and arms to give you just the right support. Not a whole lot of crinkling, which I myself prefer because it shows the protective covering is doing it’s job keeping the feathers in place. Just gushy, huggable pillows that are amazing! Love the king size cause I use one as a body pillow and one for my head.I am a firm believer in good bedding, quality food, and good shoes. Quality sleep is something we all need for our body’s well-being. These pillows, Along with other good bedding, will give you that hotel experience we all crave! I suggest the pair!

Taking back because one is bigger than the other. I want both of them the same size. We will see if I get the same on my new order. One is fluffier than the other, but they are comfortable!

The media could not be loaded.  I discovered these pillows while I was on vacation at a luxury hotel. I love them so much that I actually took the cover off to see who made them. Once I found out I quickly went to Amazon and found that they were so affordable and I ordered two! They work great! They do not flatten like other pillows you can fluff them they support your head they just do everything that a person like me needs. If you have to sleep elevated get two it is so worth it. I went ahead and ordered a king size even though I have a queen bed because of the fluffiness. If you have allergies like I do I found it surprising that it did not bother me in the least. I put two protective coverings over them which are also available for purchase. As a former Maid of a hotel I can tell you that these pillows will last you forever. Treat yourself!

Wanted less firm flatter type for my husband but really fine for me.

My first impression was frustration with the packaging. They are vacuum packed in a very rubbery plastic and despite stickers warning not to use sharp objects to open, it was pretty much the only way to overcome the death grip the packaging had on the pillow. I was quite nervous about slicing the pillow but it ended up being ok.It took about 5 minutes of thoroughThe pillow itself is kind of meh for me for sleeping. I've used a tempur pedic primary pillow for years but always supplement with another softer pillow, and also like to prop myself up for a bit at bedtime for reading.Initially, it's very comfortable. There's always a cool side and they're very easy to fall asleep with. However, I think that the fill is lacking as the pillow compresses very quickly. I'm a bigger dude with a larger than average head so maybe I'm too much for the medium support level, since I'd personally consider it medium-low. In the three nights I've slept on them so far, I find myself waking up multiple times to re-fluff or fold them to get support back. Again, it could just be me. A more petite person may find it perfectly ideal.For propping up against the headboard though, I think they're great. They give a nice conforming cushion when combined with a couple of firm pillows below them.For me they'll be in the stack I use nightly before bed, but I don't think they're supportive enough for my sleep.For reference I'm primarily a side sleeper, with some time on my stomach.

I had been looking for hotel pillows and had bought a very expensive set that claimed to be used by major hotels. I read the reviews and decided to give these a try. They are EXACTLY what I was looking for and felt like the pillows I used at the Marriott Hotel. They are soft, cuddle your head, but can be formed to fit your special needs. If you need neck support, for example, you can just scrunch these babies up and you've got it! They are also easy to plump up. I'm a side sleeper and get great support from these pillows. I recently got some silk pillow cases to add to the whole experience--and now I look forward to bedtime!

I was already at my wits end, looking for a pillow as comfy, if not more, as a lux hotel's. Ive had 2 Cervical fushions so i am probably much more picky. I was tired of waking up with a crick in my neck, shoulder pain & not rested. The buck stopped here! I FINALLY found THE ONE! And the price for TWO is unbelievable. I would have paid 4x this amount (and i have on dozens of duds) I am so happy i could cry.
