These are fantastic. They are comfortable, stay in place and there’s a range of resistance. I’m a long-time gym rat, runner, triathlete etc. and I am only on the second band for most applications. It will be a while before I move up to the next level. The darkest pink is rough. It will definitely meet you and challenge you whoever you are.Plus these come is a handy carrying bag so you can tote them to and fro your gym easily.Great value too.

I like the clothed feeling, it’s also a little more restricting than rubber ones, but these one really only limit you to thigh and ankle workouts which are still amazing but rubber ones you can do arms and others but if you are looking for something for specific ot your thighs this is it

I’ve used elastic bands in the past and they pinch/rub on my skin. These bands were very comfortable, sturdy and offers the resistance of Light, Medium, Strong and Heroic. I’ve used it now for a few weeks and definitely works the core. I love the little bag it came with!
