What can one say, our grandchildren enjoyed playing with them when they stayed for 10 days using an old wooden farmyard that my wife's grandfather made many moons ago. They stood up to their not so gentle handling without any breakages. What with our other purchase of farm animals we had quite a menagerie.

It always amazes me how much plastic toy animals and figures cost to buy so the current price of £7.99 for this set of twelve small plastic animals does not seem too badly priced compared to other listings for similar products.The animals arrives in a clear plastic bag (so are not particularly suitable for gifting as is). The twelve animals are: giraffe, lion, gorilla, hippo, elephant, rhino, brown bear, alligator/crocodile, horse, tiger, zebra and panda.They are not to scale with each other; they are all roughly the same size. They feel very solid and sturdy so should last less than gentle play. They are painted and some are better realised than others, but I have seen much worse plastic toy figures with very unrealistic paint details and colours; these are well above average.I think you could split up this set as some animals would not be found living in the same place so you could theme it accordingly. However, these are described as a 'safari' collection, but I doubt you would see all twelve on the same safari as some are on different continents than others. You might however find them in the same zoo (which also appears in the description for the listing of this product).I am pleased with this product and am happy to recommend at the current price point.

This is a must buy if your child loves animals. My 4 year old just loves learning about animals, what they are, what they eat, noises they make. So this has been a great addition to her dinosaurs. They feel really thick and strong quality as well as very realistic as all the colouring patterns match the real counterparts. The attention to detail to these makes them stand out. Goes well with other animal figures and a good range to play with.

These are lovely, nice detail. But the example pictures of people playing with them are misleading. They are much smaller than I imagined. So lay attention to the actual sizes they share, not just the photo shopped example pictures. Disappointing, as they look weird beside our other animals, which have all been bought in different places yet seem to be a standard ish size.

12 farm animal models, nicely formed, colourful, with good facial expression.Rigid not bendy, and can free stand well, perhaps apart from the horse which is prone to falling.Would be good glued down as part of an ornamental feature.God for interior decoration, plant pots etc, or little treats for kids.Not to scale, by comparison to one another!

Great little set of farm animals every animal you could want for a farm. Nice a strong plastic they all stand up but can easily fall over. My grand children like to line them up and make the different animal noises.
