Great fountain, much better than others I have tried. It stays nice and clean and is extremely quiet. Good product, my kitties love it.

The media could not be loaded. I will not write a review on a product if it’s a negative review, so I was excited to write one about this fountain. I absolutely love this and so do my cats and puppies. Fountain is easy to put together, take apart and clean. It comes with 4 filters for the lid, 1 for the part that attaches to the fountain that’s immersed in the water and a brush to clean the plastic part inside the fountain. The fountain will turn red when empty and blue when it’s full. Definitely worth the price.

Works perfectly- cats and dogs love it. The only downside side is the plug. Someone bumped it and now it’s falling apart. So maybe use an extension cord but otherwise it’s great!

I'm giving this product 4 stars because it's a quality made and stylishly designed pet fountain that includes a bunch of filters for replacement inside, the unit is easy to put together and easy to clean and - overall - it's really a great product that works and keeps the water running clean for your pet. It's also very nicely priced compared to others in this space and really does have a nice look to it with whisper quiet usage. It doesn't make a sound when operating.The only issue I have is that my cat will not use it. I've done everything I can think of and even referenced tons of YouTube videos and pet articles online to try and get her acclimated to using it alongside her normal water bowl. I really wanted her to be able to have this, especially because I live in Florida and was very hot here in the Summers and she can go through a lot of water and editing, especially running up and down our stairs in our town home.Despite well-intention research And almost 3 months now of patient integration. Trying to work this into her daily life so that she'll at least know it's there -Nothing has come of it.She will not use this fountain and I don't know why she's not that picky of a cat but at the same time I feel like she is confused by it because she's used to lapping up water for my pool inside her bowl and this is something creating motion to the water that she doesn't want to deal with. She is an indoor cat and always has been and does not like the rain or water. So, that's all I can think of. Logically, If I'm going down that way of thinking, I did make sure for a good while that I almost overfilled the water fountain so that the tray on top where the water will accumulate and sink back in would almost pool itself and creating a reserve so that she could then drink from it instead. But it still did no good so...To my fellow pet lovers out there who are looking to splurge and get your little one something they don't really need but it's just adorable. I highly recommend this fountain. Even though my baby Lily app would not use this, I'm sure there are many cats, dolls and other pets that will utilize it with no problem whatsoever. As I said, the only issue I have is that she won't use it. It beyond that this is a quality material that I feel would last a very long while and is worth every Penny.In the meantime, I'm now thinking how I can integrate it into the household where outdoors creatively... 😆

It took me to this, the 4th fountain I've purchased, to find the perfect one.Stainless steel makes such a difference in the need to clean them. I had a soft plastic fountain before this one and I had to clean it about every 3 or 4 days as we have very hard water and the iron leaves that pink slime behind. It's no where NEAR the problem with the stainless steel. Now we have Fountain Fridays when I clean both this and another I have on the 1st floor.I have noticed my cats prefer the trickle flower style as opposed to water that just bubbles up and out or with one spout that has a too strong flow. The cats love to drink from the flower style as it's more like the trickle from a faucet.They have both started to drink so much more water than just from the boring old bowl of still water on the floor. I can see a difference in their coats, they are both fuller and shinier. I put the fountains around originally because my male cat has cystitis. Fountains are a great option to get them taking in more fluids.I completely reccomend this particular fountain if you require one that is super quiet. Out of the 4 different ones I now have, this one seems totally silent to me.

Both boxes were missing the 2 pre-filter sponges that are supposed to be included with every filter orders of every size. These sponges are not available for individual purchase. You must buy Boorca filters to get the proper size pre-filter sponges that are made to fit their fountain. These pre-filter sponges are a size no other company (I have found) sells. I haven't found a way to contact Boorca either. I have had an issue with the LED water level indicator light on 3 of the 4 fountains I have purchased. It no longer works after just a few days of use. Their fountain is reasonably priced (usually $19.99)extremely easy to clean, maintain & my cats love them. But the issue of missing sponges along with the LED lights & most frustrating problem of not being able to locate the company in order to have issues with their products resolved leaves me no alternative but to write a negative review which I really was trying to avoid due to the fact their fountain is a great product. I was able to sacrifice the faulty LED water level indicator light in 3 of my 4 fountains because of the positive features of their fountain, however, their lack of quality control when packaging their filters and the fact they can not be reached especially for customer service has left me no other choice but leave a 1-star negative review. Due to where I live returning the much needed filters was not an option because it would be more of a hassle then just using some other pre-filter sponge & making it work/fit. GREAT PRODUCT! IT WAS EASY TO PUT TOGETHER AND IT SEEMS LIKE A QUALITY PRODUCT! IT HAS A LIGHT LEVEL AND IT IS VERY QUIET! MY CATS LOVE IT!
