Apple 2022 iPad Pro (11-inch, Wi-Fi, 512GB) - Space Gray (Renewed)

I wanted to share my experience buying a refurbished product like this . It’s an amazing iPad, this was the first time I bought a refurbished item so I was a little bit scared of first cause there was a lot money involved. It was one of the best choices I could have made. I bought it for half of the price in the market and it is like new. I have been using it for almost a year and it haven’t disappointment me. When I got to the battery was like new 102% battery life, which exceeded my expectations for a used iPad. Diet was completely defect free, and you couldn’t notice that it was previously used by someone else. I really recommend this product to anyone looking for quality and good price

The screen on the iPad Pro I received worked fine at first, but after a couple of days, it developed an issue with the touchscreen. An area from top to bottom in the middle of the iPad stopped responding to touch. A restart resolved it briefly, but the dead zone soon came back. This is apparently a known issue with some iPad Pros and is obviously why this one ended up in the bargain bin. Other than that, which is obviously a serious issue, the item looked like brand new. Disappointing, for sure. I returned the iPad to Amazon. I’m in favor of buying refurbished electronics rather than new, since it’s better for the environment, but I will stick with buying from Apple from now on. Returning was a bit of a pain, as I had to bring it to one of the Amazon locations in my city - that was the only option presented to me. Then it took almost 2 full weeks to receive my refund after dropping it off.

I am amazed with this iPad, it is grate at everything, maybe not a computer replacement but depending on what you usually do at your computer it might almost be it. I am an engineer, and you might think that if this was not a laptop replacement for someone that would be me, wrong, when I use a computer for engineering stuff I 100% of the time use my work computer at work, when at home I do some engineering research, writing and media consumption, previously using my computer and phone for those purposes, now my personal computer is always off and even my phone is now only used for messaging, EVERYTHING gets done now on my iPad and it is sooo much better. As for the buying refurb experience, it was grate, I received what was basically a new product, I checked the serial number on apples website, ran coconut battery to see how many cycles the battery had and it turns out the iPad was bought just 2 months before I got it and it had 8 cycles on the battery, that is nothing! so I can't be happier with the purchase experience and the product itself.

I was hesitant to buy a used-refurbished iPad, but can tell you that it was more than worth the risk. When it arrived, I was preparing myself for the worst, but I open it up, and not a single scratch anywhere on it. It looks (and works) as though it's brand new. Battery life is excellent. Couldn't be happier with my purchase, and given the opportunity, I'll be buying from these guys again. Highly recommend.

Ipad comes in excellent condition as stated. The only imperfection was a tiny circular dent near the charging port that I only noticed after a week of continuous use. It came factory restored, still covered by Apple Care+, and with a pre applied screen protector. The battery life is still around 95% capacity, great for a 2+ year old device. I'm very happy with this purchase! I will consider buying renewed again in the future.

The IPad is great and seems brand new even though it was renewed. My only reason for the 3 stars was that it didn’t come with the charger as pictured in the “what’s in the box” portion of the listing. I got the cable and the iPad which is most important obviously, but no charger…when you get a delivery it asks “how was it?” and I entered “not so good”, thumbs down cuz that’s the only options. I filled out and submitted pics in the available area but it only asked if I wanted a refund or replacement and I don’t…I just want the charger I paid for…no reply from my submission so hopefully someone reads these and can contact me about the charger…other than that I’ve only had great experiences ordering on Amazon.l and I’m very happy with the iPad, seriously like new.

This was an excellent purchase. I was hesitant to buy a “Renewed” iPad however I have been more than pleased with my purchase. The bonus is that is was an excellent price.
