Good price does the job

Is what it is. So many things to help with when you know the temperature and make safe.

Bought it for making toffee as it needs to get to 300°c and this claims to go up to 300°c. However, once it got to about 120°c, the plastic on the back started to melt and the screen went black. I left it cool down for a while, but screen still not working properly. First use.
