COFUN Stainless Steel Slicer Shredder Attachment for KitchenAid Stand Mixer

My husband and I LOVE this shredder! We will never buy pre shredded cheese again. So easy to use and the best part it cleans up in the dishwasher! No more powdered cellulose pre shredded cheese again!

Awesome attachment for my mixer. Fresh ground parmesan cheese is so much better than pre ground. Used it to make oatmeal cookies too!

The first set I received had a defect and couldn't get the part to release. I put a notice in and within a day another one was shipped out. I love this attachment. So easy to use and thank you for sending a replacement so soon.

This is a great product! It takes a few tries to get the rhythm down. If you go too fast it binds up inside and the cheese is stuck. If you go too slow the block of cheese slides. But it is definitely more efficient than grating by hand! We sliced carrots with the slicer wheel and we bent it. It still works just a little thicker than before. It’s an easy set up and easy to wash. It’s small enough to store without issues. I don’t see any safety concerns. Don’t push too hard. It will shred 1 pound of cheese in about 1 minute if you cut the cheese into 2 inch logs and go at speed 2.

I looked for a stainless steel attachment because the actual Kitchen Aid brand has a lot of plastic. I purposely picked this one for that and the grating blade in addition to the shredding blades. I shred my mozzarella and cheddar, but I grate my parmesan. I saw other ones that had shredding blades and slicing blades, but no grater. I have used all the blades now and they all work excellently. I grated my parmesan in about a minute and it used to take a lot longer than that standing there with the hand grater. When I took this out of the box, I thought the steel was a little thin, but it works perfectly. Attaches easily to the Kitchen Aid mixer, cleans easily - it is all around a great purchase.

Works great! Super easy to use, fit my mixer perfectly+ is well made! Great value, easily cleans up in the dishwasher.

Avoid for shredding cheese. The cheese just gets clocked up in it. It happens EVERYTIME. We bought this 6+ months ago to replace our plastic model because my wife is “crunchy”. She agreed that going back to the plastic model is better than this.

Works great with my kitchen Aid stand mixer

Ottimo acquisto, funziona molto bene

Einfach super

Waardeloos, eerste maal gebruikt, kaas raspen, rasp helemaal ingedeukt. Onmiddellijk retour gezonden. Ik moest een ster geven, maar het is nog geen 1 ster waard.
