Great zipline
EDIT- since writing the review below, customer services made contact and rectified our problem really quickly. We are now thoroughly enjoying the zip line, it is a huge hit every time we get it out and I would absolutely recommend it to others.The zipline is fab but sadly there were only 6 small ratchet straps not 12 and customer service just haven’t got back to me. Zipline is smooth and easy enough to install with 2 adults. You don’t need much of a decline for it to go really fast! One of the tree covers stitching came undone the first time we used it. I’m hoping the rest of it is a bit more robust

Great piece of kit,light but strong,the bearings are very smooth,we ran a ratchet strap from 2 trees,the pulley was very easy to attach to the straps,a lot of fun.

Great zipline
Only came with 6 ratchet straps and not the 12 promised in the description. Waiting to hear back from supplier same as other customer - seems to be a common issue.
