Steel washers deform with moderate tension.
A diagram would have been useful. Steel washers deformed with moderate tension on bolts. The usual CHINESE toffee steel I assume. I had to use washers from the fittings I already had.

Fix the leak well
I replaced all the washers of the leaking toilet cistern and stopped the leak. The doughnut and the big ring cushions are quite thick. They compressed a bit after installation and I have to re-tighten the bolts the day after to ensure that they are not loosen. At the end, it works very well

Ho acquistato in un brico un water con cassetta che aveva un set di guarnizioni molto scarso di qualità, magari facevano bene il loro lavoro ma quelle di questo kit sono molto migliori e piu complete per il fissaggio della vasca.
