ROCART36 Large 1.5-2.0" Flat Rocks for Painting, Smooth River Rocks Painting Supplies for Kindness Stones, Arts and Crafts, Decoration

I requested the ROCART 36 Smooth River Rocks to add to our gravel-bottomed 55-gallon aquarium that we recently acquired. We never counted the rocks, assuming that people are honest. I will be checking that little fact out when we vacate the tank when we relocate our fish to a larger tank sometime within the next couple of months. 36 or 30, the rocks compliment the natural multi-colored gravel substrate and we were pleased with that aspect. I will be counting the rocks soon, though. You'd think that even people in a different country could tell the difference between a description-listed quantity versus a delivered quantity that customers are rather unanimously documenting to be a discrepancy, wouldn't you?

The rocks are smooth and perfect for painting, so they will definitely get used. Unfortunately I only received 21 rocks instead of 36 and even though they are advertised to be 1 1/2 to 2 inch rocks, they are mostly 1 inch rocks with a couple being almost 1 1/2 inches.I am disappointed in this order and would not order it again. For just a few more dollars you can get more rocks from other listings. I won't be ordering these again.UPDATE: The seller reached out to me and offered to send me another full order of 36 rocks as well as a 10% discount on a future order. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations as I was okay with just receiving the 15 rocks I was missing.The new order of rocks came within just a couple of days and I was ecstatic to receive them as I have already painted most of the first 21 I had received.Upon counting the new order of rocks I noticed that there were only 30 rocks instead of 36. While that more than covered the ones I was missing, it still isn't a full order. I am NOT complaining on my behalf. I'm just warning others to count how many rocks they receive because this was 2 separate orders that were missing rocks.Both packages came completely sealed, so there is no chance they were lost in transit.

These rocks arrived intact and as described. We're using them for a co-op Kindness Rocks garden and I think they're a great size for kids (who tend to either want to create very detailed art or want to rapidly create a dozen imperfect creations).

This bag of rocks had 30 smooth flat rocks that are perfect for painting. Varying sizes for projects. Would purchase again.

It's definitely weird writing a review for a bag of rocks. But here I am.I did get into rock painting a little bit recently. These rocks are of a good shape and smoothness to make painting pretty easy. I definitely recommend using paint markers rather than trying to brush paint on.As others have pointed out, there's only 30 rocks in the bag, rather than the listed 36. Once is an accident, but multiple times seems to be just someone not doing their job right. It wouldn't necessarily matter, but it is the difference between 40 cents per rock vs 50 cents per rocks.That being said, I still have enough good quality rocks to paint for a while, so it gets the job done.

This is a decent set of rock painting rocks. They are a good size, and they are pretty flat. I don't have any complaints.

My rocks arrived quickly and are rather uniform in color and size, varying slightly. They are perfect for painting which seems to be all the rage. I am going to a rock painting party with some friends and these are exactly what we needed. I dropped a star only because the order says that I will get 36, but I only received 30 rocks. Perhaps it should be advertised by weight instead with an approximate number to receive so the precise expectation is not an issue. Anyway, I am pleased with these rocks and we will enjoy getting creative while painting them.

Got these for my 7 year old to paint. The rocks are mostly as described except we received 30 rocks instead of the advertised 36. Size is accurate, seems that they are between 1.5 and 2 inches, I didn’t measure each rock but you can see the ruler in the picture. Not sure if I would recommend, seems like you would be better off going to a rock store or Home Depot to get a better deal and accurate count.
