I've read Damiana can be an aphrodisiac. I haven't felt that at all, I've been taking it for my stomach. I only take one of these daily, and I do so after my last meal. The bit of research I did suggested this was the best time to do so. I put water in my mouth, then pop the pill in and swallow, so I really don't have a report on the taste, nor could I speak to the quality of the product. Short of being there to watch the entire process how could I possibly know if these are high or low quality.
