Menu Size Laminating Pouch Carrier - 12" x 18" - Qty 1

In one use through our hot laminator, set at the temperature instructed by the machine, this carrier envelope was ruined. It swelled up, warped and had bubbles all over. The carriers we already have (and have used for years) are thicker and feel waxy so I was suspicious when this carrier arrived and was thin, flimsy and very shiny. The item I was laminating inside the carrier came out just fine, however. I called the seller and they said that this had never been reported before. They did not offer me a replacement. They advised me to reduce the temperature of our laminator. Luckily I bought 3 of them, and the second try at a lower temperature went better, though it still caused a few bubbles and slight warping to the carrier envelope. This product is supposedly meant for hot laminators, but it cannot take the heat!

Have an old laminating machine and the pouch was to large

Flimsy - not a cardboard carrier like I expected.
