CAP 150 LB Coated 12-Sided Dumbbell Weight Set with Vertical Rack

Just what I needed! I favor one of my arms little too much in my exercises and this is helping me stay balanced... The rubber smell that people have complained about is nasty for a few days, but dissipated pretty quick... I've already started adding on heavier weights to this.Overall a good purchase

Very professional feel to these weights; the grips are machined in a way that fits the hand perfectly and helps maintain a steady grip The rubber coating eliminates the chance of noise if weights come in contact at the top of a rep. Very happy with the purchase.

Pretty hard to screw up a dumbbells, but they managed to pull it off. They arrived with a thin film of oil on them and a strong strong smell tire rubber. I sprayed mine down with Simple Green then scrubbed, burrier them in a mix of kitty litter an baking soda and let them sit for a couple of days. They have been sitting outside for a couple months now and are still off/gassing too much to bring them into the house. The rack is almost useless. There are channels in the dumbbell handles that should rest on the rack, and the rack is about a half inch too narrow. I have medium sized man hands and I can only use three fingers to lift the weights out of the rack. Be careful not to pinch your fingers. The notches that hold the weights are too close together, making it a little tricky to get the weights out and a real challenge to get them back in. I won’t be able to return them, since I don’t have the original packaging. Buying these was a costly mistake.

I absolutely love these weights. They do not take up much space at all. They were easy to put together. There wasn’t any parts missing. The color is great. It’s safe as well.

The dumbells itself are well. But the stand is too small. Dumbells placed too close to each other that does not allow to easily put them to the stand. The adjacent dumbbells overlaps the space and don't allow placing the dumbbell on the stand without moving adjacent ones. It's difficult, when your hands are tired after an exercise.

Several of the rubber casings on the rack arrived ripped and bent

The strong odor coming from the rubber on the dumbbells smells toxic and is smelling up the house . How to get rid of the awful smell …..

PLEASE NEVER BUY THIS. IT WAS EXTREMELY HARMFUL. THE OFF GASSING AND OIL COMBINATION STUNK UP OUR ENTIRE HOME. IT CAUSED A SEVERE REACTION AND MADE ME BE ON LONG TERM DISABILITY FROM WORK FOR NINE MONTHS. ON THE SIDE OF THE BOX IT SAYS CAN CAUSE CANCER. I’VE BEEN A HIGH PERFORMING ATHLETE MY WHOLE LIFE AND NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH WEIGHTS BEFORE. THIS CAN RUIN YOUR LIFE. I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE.

Gave 4 stars because the weights feel oily when you first unwrap them and need to be cleaned. Other than that , the stand could give you more room for your hands to place the weights back on it

These do the trick for the price. I would have preferred the hex shaped ones but they were sold out (these ones have 12 edges and are closer to being round). These fit quite snug into the stand and sometimes requires some shimmying to get the weight fully into its spot. The tread on the handles is not consistent -- my 15s and 25s are essentially smooth with no grip, and the grippiness of the others vary slightly.
