Amazing!!! I have been taking these gummies for two weeks now and they have had a really noticeable effect on my general stress levels. I experience a lot of stress day-to-day and have tried a few things to help combat this. My GP recommended ashwagandha and these gummies are a revelation. They help me relax and turn down my constantly overthinking brain, which also helps me get to sleep easier too. They taste sooooo good as well. Wish I had found these sooner, would highly recommend.

I love taking ashwagandha in the form of gummies. It is a great idea as it means you don’t have to worry about swallowing capsules or powder, which I really don’t like. I could eat these all day. The taste is great and I like the colour. They are nice and soft to chew unlike some gummies I have had before. I do also notice a difference when I take them and I feel less stressed. They have made quite a noticeable difference in this way. The only downside for me is that they contain sugar. Obviously this is necessary to create the gummy but also I think other gummies come without sugar so this would be my only suggestion other than that they are great.

This flavour is not great and I had no effects or noticeable health improvement.

I use this lovely product every night and it works like a dream. Lovely natural products leave me feeling refreshed and rested without any nasty side effects you tend to get from other medicinal sleeping products.

Can't tell if it made a difference but it tastes nice, good value and quality.

Don’t work at all

I ordered these gummies when I was suffering with post holiday blues and lack of sunshine in the summer. I had zero expectation as I am not usually one for holistic medicine but I have been very pleasantly surprised. There is no denying my sleep has improved and my mood is lifted since approx a 5 days after starting the gummies and there is no other explanation. I have also noted my recovery from the gym is quicker so not sure if this is related too as i suffed from very bad lactic acid previously. So thank you to this brilliant company! And an extra thank you for the extra box that was provided for free in the post as a 'thank you for supporting our business'. What a lovely surprise and I am absolutely hooked for life.
