I actually bought this and the copper color for use as chains on a few different necklaces. I am allergic to most metals (nickel being the main culprit) so wearing most chains will cause my skin to break out all over where a chain would rest. The color from far off even looks like a solid gold chain! It feels soft against the skin and functions very well! Definitely a value compared to buying a bunch of solid gold chains and they are durable enough to burn the edges to stop fraying!

I haven’t used this cord yet, but it looks nice! I’m glad there are more options for polyester cord on Amazon! My only concern for now is that this skein looks very small to be 2mm, 130 yards. I’m going to measure it to make sure it does. I put it next to the yellow that is supposed to be 3mm, 130yards (though it looks thinner than the 2mm) and it looks way smaller!
