I bought the HVMLAK AUX adapter and it works perfectly! The connection is stable, and the sound quality is clear without any distortion. It is small, lightweight, and easy to carry. This Bluetooth device works extremely well. I have an old truck with only Aux port and a new phone that does not have an Aux port. I can hear my music perfect and it also works for phone calls but haven't tested it much.

I was skeptical at 1st with the price. Received product. Its about as big as you pinky finger. After charging, went out to my Ram 1500 and plugged it in. Connected quickly. Words GREAT!!! Clear sound!!!

I was hoping I could use this to make my wired gaming headset wireless and not have to deal with the cord dangling on me. To be fair, it does work. Sound quality is fine. Not exceptional but good enough. It even has a built in mic (I don't recommend using the mic because it is hollow and sounds like you are down a hallway) Now to the problem and the reason why I took off a star. The audio latency is horrendous. There is roughly half a second of delay. This latency makes it useless for gaming. Footsteps are not accurate. If you shoot, you will see the muzzle flash and barrel move and finally hear the shot once it's already returning to zero. Watching a movie or YouTube was equally as bad. The audio was so far behind the video that it was impossible to use. Conclusion. If you are using it solely for audio and nothing that should be synced to video. It's perfectly adequate. Being able to use my favorite wired headphones wirelessly is nice and worth the $12 I paid. Gaming or watching video is absolutely horrible because of the terrible latency and not recommended at all.

Easy to use, love the light indicator, easy to connect and audio convention is excellent A small gripe is that it's a little too long and sticks out from the dash quite a bit especially when the USB is inserted directly into the end of it. It risks getting easily damaged. I also wish it held a charge so that it didn't require the USB cord from the lighter socket to power it

This might work for some, but not for us. I bought this dongle because it was so low-profile and simple, and it appears I made some assumptions, such as: The dongle activates and connects with your paired phone when you start your vehicle The dongle charges through the aux port it’s docked into WRONG! You have to press the button on the dongle and make sure your phone connects every time you want to use it. You have to have a USB-C that plugs into the dongle to keep it charged. These aspects are frustrating for me. I wanted a Bluetooth dongle that was true plug-and-play and didn’t take any babysitting as far as staying paired or drawing power, and this one isn’t it. Other than that, the sound quality is good and it works dependably (when it’s charged).

Literally the best thing I ever bought for my car, I can easily listen to music while driving in my car that doesn't allow Bluetooth which this allows me to Bluetooth music or directions where I need to go I love it, the battery life is amazing It lasts several days. It connects to any phone really easy. 100% value of money

The item delivered on 2/2 and it broke on 3/7. The tip came off and not working. Its only about the month since i started using it. Returning window is closed and can’t return it Wasted the money.

Everything worked fine, it was dead simple to learn and install. The sound is perfect, I don't agree with one reviewer who said it wasn't perfect. Bluetooth will deliver a very high quality sound. I have just one thing I'm not sure about, there were two incidents of radio interference on the first long (3-4 hours) journey. Possibly, probably, this is inevitable with a smartphone bluetoothing to this little adaptor, but it's a shock, and with my old wired connection, it never happened. So you might look into this topic, but my feeling is it's no fault of the HVMLAK adapter, I think it works fine, but you may get blasted once in a while. Just hitting the 'off' button on the car stereo stops the problem, then switch back on. Edit April 2024: I did have a few problems with occasional interference in the first month of using this, but after that, no problem at all. I just upped my rating to 5 stars, this is a simple fairly fuss-free bit of kit.

I drive a 2014 Audi A3 S Line and this little device connects seamlessly to my Samsung Z Fold 5 utilising the cars sound system. Well worth the money.
