OK, I'm not gonna lie. Had a bit of a "time" figuring out how to put this thing on without any instructions included. I'm a CPA, not an interior designer, but after an epic 20 minute struggle and some very serious thought to just throwing in the towel and buying two new chairs, I made this thing submit to my will and it doesn't look half bad! I have two identical client chairs that were still in excellent structural and mechanical shape, and of course like 99% of the people who are probably buying these covers, the "fake leather" started to peel and it was getting down right embarrassing. So, it was either bite the bullet and get two new chairs, or give this thing a shot. And like I said above, there was a little bit too much "excitement" for my taste in the installation process, but it was a success. It's a pretty decent, snug fit, and while it's not the most awesome thing I've ever seen it certainly is a massive improvement on the flaking disaster that it covered up. If I get a few years out of these things, I'll be very happy. The material doesn't seem all that strong, it seems like it could be prone to tears and rips, but we'll see. If you're on a budget and don't want to chunk out another $100-150 bucks on a chair, you might want to give them a whirl, but keep some hard liquor handy to stay relaxed! Update: On the basis of the first purchase, I bought a second one and was able to install it much more quickly this time. They do look really good, so I upgraded the rating to 5 stars. The only concern is that the material is very thin, so I don't know how long they will last but it is a well thought out product in terms of the "stretchiness" and the design.

Great cover for our office chair! Looks brand new!

From all the many good reviews, I expected a much better cover. At first, it appears way too small for any chair, but it does stretch a tremendous amount. My main issue is how very thin the cover is. Only time will tell how long it will hold up. It is inexpensive for a chair cover, but thicker fabric would not cost the manufacturer much and they could have a better product. It does not come with ANY instructions and at first looks very confusing. But after playing with it and trying it on the chair a few times it eventually fits in place and allows the zippers to serve their purpose. As this as the material is and the light weight zippers, I am surprised it didn't rip apart. They should at least advertise it as very this and light weight in case that is what a customer wants. They should also place a tag at each end to show chair back and seat. This would at least save customers some time. The color was a nice brown as I hoped and it is soft. It does seem to stay in place once it is all stretched into position. It is hard to imagine how it could be rated any better than 2 stars.

That said, I am very pleased with this cover , especially for the price. Very, very stretchy. My chair measurements were at the very extreme end of maximum for the "Small" size. I'm glad I chose Small, because once on, it looks really good, and there's no shifting or bunching of any kind while or after sitting in chair. The zippers really help in installing it. I had a little difficulty, mostly because of the design of this particular chair: necessitated removing arms to install cover, and then actually putting screws THROUGH cover to re-attach. Was happy to see that fabric did not tear or "run" because of this. It is said to be washable, but I certainly won't be whipping it off & tossing it in the machine. When needs cleaning, I will treat as upholstery. NOTE: this chair cover does not come with armrest covers - those were a separate order, so are a different fabric and slightly different color, but co-ordinate well.

They cover the majority but still not a great fit around the arms in my case. These were vacuum sealed and pretty wrinkled as a result. It takes a long time to get rid of fine wrinkles from packaging, after a month I washed one and that got rid of them. They wash nice. They stretch a lot to fit, material is very thin. Glad I ordered a dark color cuz if the covers were light over the dark chair fabric I think you would see through it.
