To the person who gave the review comparing this to Purina's Behavior blend THANK YOU!! My cattle dog Target has a horrible PICA habit. She was found as a stray at approx. 16 weeks of age and very underweight with skin issues when I adopted her - she likely had some nutritional and early access to food issues - she has a voracious appetite even nearly a year and a half post adoption she will hoover food like she's starving - I've had her evaluated by a vet who wouldn't recommend anything, and said no training or work up would likely fix the issue and Target would most likely have to wear a basket muzzle 24/7 and I would need to come to terms with her needing emergency gut surgery one day (she has two medical insurance plans) - I researched alterative options and came across the research study done by Purina about this product and behavior modification and when looking at the reviews found someone who had recommended this product as a more cost effective alternative. I have to say that I have noticed a dramatic improvement in Target's PICA behavior - she still has a horrible coprophagia habit but I'm not constantly finding her with non-edible items chewed up and swallowed nor am I finding pieces of leashes and other items either thrown up or in her poop - she is a tenacious dog that can open drawers, doors and get things off high shelves so even putting things "up" does not work. I can't say that this will work for everyone's dog, but it started seeing slight improvement within a week and four weeks in I definitely notice an overall decrease in her anxiety, and her nervous behaviors - cattle dogs are anxious by nature - I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

Works as stated

Been dealing with IBS-D for years, tried every product (it seems) I can find and have made many Hollywood doctors rich (pretty sure) all with mixed results. First week using this it did not seem to do much AND then two days of gas, not too painful but the dog did leave the room and didn't come back... I decided to keep using and so glad - this has turned things around. Gas is now down to socially acceptable levels, plumbing is not grumbling all the time, discomfort is gone - all is calm. Still watching the foods I eat to stay away from my known triggers but adding this has been great. Now with any product such as this, results are individual, but if you try this and experience gas, push on, unless it is to the point of unbearable - be your best judge.

Personally, for me it causes brain fog and bloating. But everyone reacts differently to different t probiotics, I guess. I do appreciate that this is packaged as a single strain, and that the exact strain is listed.

I rarely leave reviews, but I want to help people who may have experienced what felt like an MS attack as I did. My calf muscles were seized up, severe pain and my legs were weak, I couldn't walk very far...it came on suddenly after being hit with two days of extreme tiredness and 10 days after taking amoxicillin for a dental abscess. The emergency room, doctors, and a million blood tests and no one could help me. My legs were crippled and I was constantly dizzy. Just by chance this probiotic arrived in the mail and I took ONE capsule at bedtime .. 4 hours later I had extreme pain in my gut, gas (as though it killed something in my gut), and I could walk again! I was 80% better! This problem with my legs had gone on for 8 days, but it may have gone for years if I hadn't taken this strain of probiotic. For the dizziness, I was able to cure it within an hour with Tick Recovery and Biofilm by Samsara. I suspect what I have is lyme disease but also the potential beginning of ALS or MS, which I believe this probiotic saved my life by stopping the process! I also found it important to eat no gluten, a vegan keto diet (NO SUGAR), fermented foods, and I take Lactobacillus fermentum ME3, which does something also very important based on my observations, this probiotic is able to stop the minor cramps in my legs. When I added in raw aged red miso, it also killed something bad in my gut and I got even better. What I have would maybe be told I have is fibromyalgia/lyme disease but all of these disease are caused by infections, so the key would be to kill the infection, especially in the gut. If you have leaky gut, these things are getting into your brain. When I take Biofibrin and Monolaurian, my ears start ringing because it's killing the things in my brain which should not be there. My dad died of lewy body dementia, he probably also had infections in the brain, but medical doctors can't help any one with these diseases, you need to help yourself.

Update: After waiting almost a month for my order I was informed there was difficulties getting stock so I had to purchase a new brand. The new brand works much better for my IBS.
