Seems like a good supplement overall but the quantites of extract and ingredients are a little on the light side. I ordered it mainly for the TUDCA. Some TUDCA supplements have 250-500mg per capsule, this one has 25mg. It also contains dandelion root extract, artichoke leaf extract and milk thistle extract. However The ingredients list seems to have a mixture of values for amount of extract per serving and then for milk thistle it must be equivalent amount of milk thistle, as it states 2000mg per serving, i.e. 1000mg per capsule. But this is nonsense as the capsule weighs 640mg. So obviously they mean 1000mg equivalent dry herb, but they don't seem to stick to this convention with the other herbs which seem to be the actual weights of extract per serving. They need to state on the label what they mean, as it's very confusing. As it doesn't state the extract ratio for Milk thistle then we have no idea how much milk thistle extract is in this, which is ridiculous. It could possibly be a typo, that someone added an extra zero by accident. So the manufacturer needs to sort it out. So assuming it has a somewhat reasonable amount of milk thistle per capsule, then I'd rate this as average on account of price. General Rant: There are a huge number of supplements for sale on Amazon that deliberately try to make the amounts of active ingredients sound better than they actually are and this is one such example. This is cynical marketing and I'm not going to roast this brand for the marketing crimes of everyone else. First tactic is the 'serving size' and amount of each ingredient per serving size. Increase the serving size, then you can increase the claimed active ingredients amount. To be fair even the well known brands do this. My other pet peeve is listing an extract in the ingredients and not providing the actual weight of extract used, but instead the weight of the equivalent amount of unprocessed dry herb. Some people might want to know this buy you can calculate it from the extract ratio and amount of extract. The other way to represent it is to simply state the amount of extract and then the actual % of active ingredient in that extract). You have to treat the buyer with a little intelligence and I wish companies would just be honest and state exactly how much of everything is actually in one capsule. This is what I want to know, as I go by the number of capsules and the price.
