I'm 5'3 140 lbs and the medium fits great. The shorts aren't too short or too long, they hit just above the tips of my fingers when I put my arms straight down. Our air conditioner has been out for almost 2 weeks and it's 103 in Texas right now. (The parts are taking forever) so I was is desperate need of pajama shorts.
