The ropes feel solid, and the 1LB weight adds a noticeable challenge to my workouts. The handles are comfortable to grip, and the rope itself is durable, making it great for both indoor and outdoor use. I found the weight to be perfect for increasing the intensity of my jump rope sessions without being too heavy.Assembly is easy; just uncoil the rope, adjust it to the right length, and you’re ready to go. The added weight has really helped improve my cardio and strength, especially in my arms and shoulders. If you’re looking to push your fitness routine to the next level with a high-quality, durable weighted jump rope, this one is a fantastic option. Highly recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty good jump rope *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 27 August 2024* As far as plastic jump rope goes this is pretty good. The handle is very well made, ball baring spins pretty smooth when jumping, pretty intuitive adjustment system, and the rope itself has the right weight to it.One tiny issue (I guess it's the same with all plastic ropes) is that it takes a bit time to get the "curl" out of the rope before you can use it, but it's not too bad, honestly. If you want to burn some fat or just want to build up your calfs I would recommend. I would give only 4.5 stars but Amazon only do full stars, so there you go. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 25 November 2025* Decent skipping rope ## Frequently Bought Together - PROIRON Weighted Jump Rope 1LB, Skipping Rope with Non-slip Handle, Extra Thick 7mm Heavy Jump Ropes Adult for Women Men, for Exercise, Boxing, Fitness (Adjustable Speed Rope 3M Long) - RDX Gel Boxing Hand Wraps Inner Gloves, Quick 75cm Long Wrist Straps, Elasticated, Padded Fist Hand Protection, Muay Thai MMA Martial Arts Punching Speed Bag Training Bandages, Under Mitts Handwraps --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/537820280-proiron-weighted-jump-rope-1lb-skipping-rope-with-aluminum-alloy](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/537820280-proiron-weighted-jump-rope-1lb-skipping-rope-with-aluminum-alloy) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
