Taller than normal, but nice material & pattern.
I really like the material and the patterns on these ties. I like the idea that they are handmade as well. However I don't believe, as an avid Bow-Tie wearer, that these things are cut to the proper shape. I compared them against other bow ties that I own and the bows, when tied, are the same length as other bow ties but they're substantially taller than all other bowties which makes them difficult to tie. When the bow is complete it looks much wider (or taller) than other bow ties that I usually wear. Because of their taller height, they appear out of proportion.

Good Ties Missing One Thing
The ties look great and they're adjustable, which is really good. The only thing that kept me from giving the ties a full five stars is that the adjustments are not marked. Usually the ties can be adjusted in quarter inch increments. These ties have adjustments but they are not marked. I used another adjustable tie that I have as an visual aide to adjust the new ties properly.

These ties were great to learn how to tie a bow tie. Soft, pliable fabric, and an easy-adjust neck piece. The burgundy one's my favorite, really nice color. Good buy for the money.

Great Value
For the price you pay, it's hard to beat this set of 3 self tie bow ties. That's why I'm giving it a 5 star rating. However, it is not what I was looking for. I wanted a dark navy bowtie to match with a dark navy tuxedo for my wedding. The navy bowtie in this set is lighter than what I needed and it didn't go well with my tux. Something to keep in mind - the bowtie material is thin. I wanted something a little thicker and more substantial. The size of the bow looks good when you wear it and it ties well. Again, for the price you pay, this set is a great value and will meet the requirements of many people.

Great ties in great designs!
Great quality. Great price. Arrived quickly. Designs that someone would actually wear! So many bow ties are intentionally loud, obnoxious designs. These are more conservative, practical designs that could actually be worn somewhere. And they tie very well and look great!

Good product for the price
They fray after a while...but not badly. Be careful if you choose to use the ol' lighter treatment to deal with the fuzzies. They will melt.
