Silverline SL42 Plastering Darby 1200 mm

It's a Darby it does the job it's made well. Unlike the numpty who says it cost them 200 or so quid as they had to go back and re do a ceiling because it left it bowed I know that using one of these for finnish plaster ain't really the done thing, I also always look at my my work... next time try just using it for ruling off and maybe if your feeling saucy as a cheeky straight edge... It ruled my render up a treat.

I ordered and received an aluminium plastering darby. The condition was good but I was surprised that the item was only swathed in plastic. I have seen the way that couriers chuck packages about and consequently I think that the corners of the darby should have been better protected. That is the reason for my 4 star review.

I thought a darby would make ceilings easier on my back (2 slipped discs and a trapped nerve some years ago) but I was wrong. For something that is extruded through proper dies, the face of this item is pretty poor. There is a twist of almost 3mm along the length which leads me to believe the extrusion line is in need of an overhaul. This renders the darby useless as I found out when the customer called me back after the ceiling had dried. It's ended up costing me over £200 in time and materials to plaster it again :(

Arrived slightly bent I had to adjust it my self to save me returning it as it was required for use the next day.

Arrivato puntuali, in stile Amazon è un utensile semplice, trattandosi infatti di una barra di alluminio. C'È da dire che è perfetta nella calibratura cosa non sempre scontata (anche se dovrebbe esserlo) per articoli simili. È dotata di due manici in legno regolabili nella distanza l'uno dall'altro che a mio avviso non sono molto pratici in particolare quando si rende necessario dover inclinare la Staggia poiché si rischia che gli stessi vadano ad urtare l'intonaco fresco procurandogli dei buchi. Io, pur non essendo professionalmente un intonachino, trovo l'articolo perfetto e lo consiglio vivamente

Es ligera y cómoda pues tiene buen agarre y además se puede ajustar. En mi caso lo preferí al habitual regle trapezoidal pues tuve una fractura en una mano y así sujeto mejor con ambas manos, no solo con los dedos.
