Good options; confusing communications
We ordered these in November to replace the filter in our Thermador coffee station. Upon ordering, was told that they would not be delivered until December 29. Since it wasn’t urgent, we placed the order. Several weeks later, a package arrived with the order! We were very happy, and they appear to be exactly the right fit.Now, we are getting indications on our Amazon account that the order will be delivered, first December 29 now January 4.Not sure what they’re delivering but the product itself is good and, assuming they pull up to use, we will order again.
