The perfect balance of Tamarind tartness of flavor.
This soup has the perfect balance of Tamarind tartness of flavor. You can eat it like a broth or use it to give dimension of flavor to your favorite soup by adding it to your soup. I love the tanginess it adds to chicken vegetable or chicken noodle soup. Would I recommend this soup?? I bought 3 sets to have on hand whenever I need it. So yes, I recommend this soup. It is delicious.
