I applied it on my slate bathroom floor as per instructions - first with a brush which was really streaky, then with a cloth which looked better. However with both coats, even after drying overnight, the product is coming off on our feet when we walk on the floor, especially if the floor gets wet (which obviously it will in a bathroom and would on an outside surface) - really bad!
