Do not buy this! I applied it on my slate bathroom floor as per instructions - first with a brush which was really streaky, then with a cloth which looked better. However with both coats, even after drying overnight, the product is coming off on our feet when we walk on the floor, especially if the floor gets wet (which obviously it will in a bathroom and would on an outside surface) - really bad! We're going to have to buy a clear sealant from another brand to stop this from happening.

Improved the colour of my slate tiles. Took a while to dry. Did 4 coats. Pleased with result. Although have noticed if water splashes on the ties and its wiped off, the black comes off too. Hope this is helpful.

Used these in damaged sandstone slabs and the look wonderful but think we will need a gloss wet look ciber to stope the dusty footprints showing

I found the product to be absolutely fantastic providing that you take your time, well worth the money but make sure you clean the slate fully before applying

I used three coats of this on our limestone fireplace hearth stones. They've definitely made them look darker and hopefully also protected them. You need to be careful with the secondary Lid on this bottle. When I went to do the second coat, I couldn't get it out.. I tried squeezing it only for the bottle to burst.. spewing the black liquid all over my face, clothes, the dog, the bed and floor... It wasn't a good time...

Great restorer I use it for old /used slate tiles, once sanded and cleaned just rub this on,slate looks brand new ready for engraving on again. Money saver as well. Decent price delivered on time
