Not so bad
Its not sturdy, upper bed shakes a lot. There is no cut out for steps and upper bed, kids has to make jump to get in, and its not easy to get down also since there is railing in between bed and steps. Overall this is not good

Bunk bed with trundle
Took a few hours to put together. Seems stable but makes a lot of noise from the top bunk. 8โ twin mattresses fits on all three beds.
