Brilliant and versatile.
Brilliant purchase, great for paella obviously but use regularly for roast potatoes etc. Perfect size for family size pies too, using 2 sheets of shop bought ready rolled pastry! Have some smaller ones too, equally versatile, brilliant to clean.

HONEST REVIEW,
The item was promptly delivered. I already had an outdoor wood burning cooker which I had made from a metal beer cask for BBQs, it was ideal for trying this paella pan to make a traditional paella by just burning wood, it worked a treat. The pan I got was the 50cm pan, after making the paella the pan was easy to clean on both sides. If it works by burning wood which is unregulated heat then it will be fine for gas or other type of heat that you can regulated, Note, It is easier to use on appliances other than those with a flat surface (e.g.) electric hobs.

Great product - regular cook Paella and this pan is so much better than the large frying pan I'd previously been using. Food does stick a little (which it did note it would as is not non-stick) but very easy to clean afterwards and creates a great Paella

This is a superb dish and it is top quality, you can see at first glance this dish will last for very long time and easy to clean, I have used mine loads of times and it still looks like new,

Good value
Used several times for paella and other dishes. Good heat distribution and cleans up well. Good value.

Waste of money, poor quality
Overpriced rubbish. The nonstick surface of the pan is actually not true, every time I’ve tried making something it sticks but the worst problem is the fact that the base of the pan is completely uneven so it doesn't sit flush and it slides and moves around the hob Just buy a decent frying pan instead

Imperfect enameling but good performance and lower maintenance for home cook
The 16 inch (40 cm) paella pan is the largest size that works well on my stovetop. My 2 hobs measure 12 inches (30 cm) across at the widest point so the pan base of 14 1/6 inch (36 cm) is just right. I rotate the pan to even out the heat from the 2 hobs. One 14 inch (36 cm) carbon steel pan (on my big wok burner) and this 16 inch (40 cm) pan (straddling the other 2 hobs) work well together on my 75 cm wide gas stove. The 40 cm pan measures 20.25 inch (51.5 cm) at its widest point and does not fit well in my 60 cm wide European sized oven. The oven door had to be slightly ajar when drying it in the oven. Knowing this and since a carbon steel pan had to be totally dried in the oven before storing, I chose an enameled pan for the 40 cm size for ease of maintenance. Do not expect perfect enameling on the handles and the exterior, as you can see in the video. This is not a fine piece of cookware and likely to be relatively low cost when bought in Spain. The enameling on the cooking surface did not have any flaws and this is more important. Despite the imperfections, it is a good low maintenance choice if you take care of it. Not having the trouble of oiling a pan before storing makes it worth a try. It remains to be seen how durable the enamel coating is. If it proves less durable, I will buy a traditional carbon steel version next. As of now, it works just as well if not better than the classic carbon steel paella pan. The volume up till 1 inch (2.5 cm) high measures 2516ml (10.6 US cups). So the pan cooks up to a maximum of 2.65 US cups (629ml) or 477g Bomba rice plus 8 US cups (1887ml) of stock. In the photos, I used 2 1/4 US cups (530 ml or 405g) of Bomba rice and about 63/4 cups (1590ml) of stock.
