Very high quality!!!
The media could not be loaded. I was worried about purchase lowest price ceiling mount actuator for my TV. Please don't worry, this is a well built product, and easy to install (you will probably want to build a box in your attic for it to retract into, and add a power outlet). This is very strong. It compares very favorably with my son's much more expensive unit. Highly recommend!!! Whole thing fit within the width of one shiplap panel (7").

Couldn't be happier...
It works exactly as it's supposed to! Really added the wow factor to out poolhouse... it made it possible for us to use it whether we're lounging in the loft area or down on ground level with just a click of the remote! My husband set it all up alone... took him approx 2 hours. Very easy to install with 51" flat-screen TV. Very impressive and very easy to use... love it!

Solid and quiet
Love this TV mount. It was easy to install, and very quiet when in motion. The only improvements I would like to see is a swivel function when extended, and an automatic return on the remote. Product is very sturdy and has a great look.

Good sturdy lift - remote is a challenge
I needed a vertical drop down lift for my deck. This is the only one I found. There are lots of options for fold down and vertical raising lifts, but this was the only ceiling drop down model I found.Very sturdy, mostly steel and aluminum construction. Leade screw is metal. Installation went quickly and the mount is solid. Using a 43" Sylvox outdoor TV which has a steel case. The lift has no problem raising and lowering the TV. This is not an outdoor rated lift, I have it mounted up under a covered deck so it's out of direct weather. We'll see how the longevity is. The lift is fairly quiet. The remote is not like the other Vivo mounts. I tried pairing the better multi-button remote with presets with no luck. This remote operates on 2.4Ghz, the same as wifi freq, so it can't be paired with something like a Broadlink RM4 Pro for automation tasks. The three buttons on the remote are "up and "down" (must hold to fully raise or lower the lift) the transit time from stored to deployed is around 20 seconds. The other button is "OK". According to the manual this button stows the lift with a single press. When I pressed it deploys the lift fully with one press. I emailed customer support and they first told me the OK button should alternately raise and lower the lift. Then later replied the manual was misprinted and it was working correctly. There is no provision for one button retracting. For safety, I'd rather deliberately deploy the lift by holding down the lower button and want one button retract. The unit uses a DC motor, so I swapped the leads in the housing to the motor. Fairly easy as it uses spade terminals. Now the OK button acts as a single touch stow. This also had the effect however of swapping the up and down button functions. Now the up butt9n lowers the lift when held and the down button raises it when held. Not a huge change. The remote really should have either a one touch raise AND lower button, or the OK button should have an alternating function where alternate button presses raise or lower the lift without holding down a button for 20 seconds. I think this lift is a bit of an orphan in the Vivo line looking at the features of the other models.

It has a lot of Travel
I wish I had measured it I installed this on a boat dock to drop town from the roof and and retract back up in windy conditions it will move side to side at full extension ...I wish the top bracket was able to be multi directional instead of fixed ..I have no complaints about any of it works great

Worked perfectly! 🤩
The media could not be loaded. I saw this in another persons video that used it exactly how I needed it used. It does take making some measurements that it will clear the rafters when in the up position. Stron, sturdy ( the negative review doesn’t have the bottom secured) and completely silent. Uses a worm drive. I would totally by it again. SATISFIED. 💯❌

Runs very smooth
The media could not be loaded. Product was perfect for our outdoor installation! We did recess the electrical connection keeping all of the lift components out of site. Tv is a 55” we could have gone to 65” if needed. The lift is very quiet, study and cost effective, I highly recommend it!

Up goes the TV
Love this. So does everyone else that sees it. Works really well. Had one issue where the remote froze and would not work. Popped the batteries and reinstalled them in the remote. Everything OK after that!!
