Screw came out with in week of useing
Screw came out with in one week of using this soft serve mixer. Blade will cut the cup if you use directly u have to use metal cup.

Really neat, but very messy
I really like this ice cream mixer, we got it for use in our house. However, if it's not going to be used frequently, it's almost not worth the mess that it makes. It does have a guard to prevent ice cream from squirting everywhere but to clean this thing after use takes a long time and is very tedious. It does do a good job, we have yet to find a cup that we really like to use in it cuz it tends to scratch the cup and can even poke a hole through it if it's not sturdy enough.

Don't waste money have to return.
This is absolutely a terrible machine for mixing. Made the candy tear through our cups don't waste you money!!!
