After months of fighting this inverter. I have given up and replaced it w a eg4 3k (yellow box) and have had zero issues w it running a small 3>500watt load daily. Programming is horrible! Instructions are even worse! Definitely not an off grid inverter for sure. Plenty of other good cheap brands out there so save yourself some grief and buy something else cuz now I have an expensive paper weight.

Only issue i have so far is cooling fan failure

For the Most Part it does what it need's to do although it needed it's generator income re'wired a few times (the Cord a user installs not the part of the unit it self that the plug is wired to) but for goodnes Sake install a proper Battery monitor into your system cause the one in the unit is inaccurate garbage.

Bought in July. Installed in my cabin so I do not use this often. Had issues with it.. it will beep for hours without any apparent reason or error code. I tried whatsapp and emails and got no response for months. amazon was kind enough to take this garbage back and charged me a restocking fee of $90. Don't make my mistake.. Just buy from a real manufacturer and don't waste your money

I power my the computer I am writing this from currently, the TV in living room, charge phones and tablets. I had a bit of a time getting the Wi-Fi module to work although it is not their brand but it's working now.

I contacted the company but no response. I’m returning and getting a more reliable company and product

El instructivo es muy básico y nunca logré que detectara los paneles solares, reiniciando, reconectando, etc. Me desesperé y lo devolví, en apariencia es muy bueno pero falta asistencia, información y manuales. Opté por comprar otro.

Hasta que voltaje funciona este equipo?
