Q: how do you plug it in , not compatible with my outlets

Its a scam, see 2011 BBC news article 'Energy Saving' Scam Hits the Elderly. I read a bunch of reviews, ALL said it didn't work. Almost half said it made their elec bill GO UP! Don't buy it. 30 day return for refund is no good, it takes that long to deliver, and the instructions say you have to WAIT 2 MONTHS to see results.

Q: How do I know where to plug it in in my house ?

Don't waste your money. Directions say to plug in closet to your electric box. Did that but can't tell any difference in electrical bill.

Q: I read that I should put this close to electrical box in basement and put another one farthest away from box. Is this correct?

If you plug-in the device in the basement of your home CLOSEST to where the electric comes into your house, you WILL see SUBSTANTIAL savings! Prior to me installing the device, my summer electric bill (due to running the a/c 24/7) was over $150 per month...and my winter heating bill was around the same. Once I installed the device five months ago, my bills have gone down to $12....YES $12....per month which is the minimum payment to the electric company! I could not believe the difference!!!! So, the people on here who say it does not work are just not imstalling the device in the proper place!
