Update:After voicing my concerns, the company reached out and made things right. They replaced my unit with a new one which has corrected my problem. Not only is this a nice jump battery/ charger, the company is amazing to work with and very focused on customer service, a lot of companies could learn from these guys! Thanks for going the extra mile to resolve my issue!

Must have for the ladies in your life.
Bought this, my second one (two daughters) and charged it up. Two weeks later daughter called with car trouble that wound up being dead battery. Perfect timing and the fantik worked perfect. Only used three percent of battery to jump a Ford Edge.

Great for cold startups
Not too cold of a morning but my Ford Diesel decided to have a dead battery... Hooked this up and 30 seconds later it started right up.

Works Great, Simple to Use
Simple to use, charges fairly quickly when you first get it. Usually turns on automatically when you hook it to the battery or jump point. If it doesn't you might have to hold down the override button (looks like a triangle with an exclamation mark). Note that the cables are fairly short, maybe 24 inches? Might not be an issue but if your battery is hard to get to you might have a hard time connecting this.
