so far i love this grill, assembly time was about 1 hour with basic screw drivers, instructions were plain and simple. it lights instantly and fits a small deck perfectly. cooks well with no cold spots that i have found. i expect it to last a longtime considering the pricepoint it better. all the critical parts are stainless and the grids don't stick one thing it does need is a longer gas hose as it is too short to allow my gauge to be installed. it does come with the necessary orifices to change to CNG from propane

I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband and he LOVES it! He wanted to get away from the monster grill he had been using as it was big and clunky and he never used all the burners. He put it together the day it arrived and while I wasn't around when he did it, he said it went together easily. He especially likes that the propane tank is hidden behind doors. We've only used it once, but it fired right up and cooked some amazing chicken. Getting it in his favorite color of red was a bonus! It's a nice pop of color vs the standard black and silver grills. We're very happy with this grill and we fully recommend it!

For the money, this is a nice little grill. We needed something small and this fit. This sits next to my $1000. pellet grill. When you want a quick burger, this fills our needs, but any quality piece of meat goes on the pellet grill. It's shiny and flashy red and looks nice. So here is the bad. The hardware was missing. A few options here, but ultimately it was easy to hit up the box store for some true stainless screws. The originals are not! Speaking of "stainless"...its not. The only true stainless on the grill is the 2 handles. Everything else is just plated. I get that for under 300 bucks, but just know at some point...its going to rust or stain. Its has a nice temp gauge, but mine was broken...This is quality control...a reflection on the company, unlike the dents that came from the shipper. I gave the temp probe a light tap and got it working. I expect to get 3 years tops out of this grill, mostly due to the cheap burners and fire tents. I could easily bump this to 5 stars for the price, If the company would just make some improvements. The missing hardware, the temp gauge and some better packing are easy to fix. As I said...nice little grill for the money. If size or budget is driving your purchase...this is a good choice.

I'm pretty sure this was returned through Amazon. But, I will not judge the product because soo. All my screws weren't labeled, but I found most of them on the bottom of my box. Had to guess what went where. The screw package was empty. The original packaging should be intacked. I got a little scared, as the product wasn't working, as I tried to light it up. Later to find, the battery given to light my ignition button was dead. With a new battery and a few extra screws from my toolbox. She's an excellent product!! The best barbecuer I've ever owned. And she's so pretty 😍

Love this little grill. Got it for father's day, we have a small space, and this was just the most perfect find. It's worked well & was wonderful throughout the summer! Instructions were easy to read and understand. Easy to use, cooks perfectly, has great temperature settings which make things easier.

I received the grill in perfect condition but all the screws had escaped their container and many were gone. Call they apologized and promptly sent a full set of replacement screws. The grill performs great an looks good also

High quality, affordable price. Easy to operate. Easy clean up. Compact size perfect for small Family. Very even heat distribution. Easy to store.

BBQ arrived with no screws or hardware on 11/14/23. I contacted the company the following week. They sent list of required documents, meant to dissuade you from requesting missing parts. Customer service said it happens all the time, ugh. Well after finding the serial number, model numbers, receipts, proof of delivery, etc. I sent email, waited 2 weeks no response call back and reply back to emails no replies. Call again and said they would investigate with customer services, still no hardware sent. Call Jan and Feb and still working it, parts back ordered and then the person helping me leaves. I call today, still no BBQ put together, and they ask for all the same documents (lucky I still had the email I sent) and inform that person no longer works here and I need to start over. WORSE THING, they are making me pay to have screws/hardware packet shipped to me. EVEN WORSE, they said it could take up to 4 months. It will be ALMOST 1 year, and I can't use the BBQ as I have no screws to put it together. TERRIBLE support, product shipped poorly, and it did not contain the hardware packet to put the BBQ together. Waste of time and $'s. DONT BUY NEXGRILL IF YOU WANT TO USE BBQ ANYTIME SOON!!! BUY ANOTHER BRAND.
