This book is used in a class for persons living in a senior residence for those 62 and better. The class is called color and conversation. The coloring relaxes class attendees and enables conversations around a variety of subjects. If one just wants to color and not join in the conversation, there is no judgement or criticism. Resident attendees look forward to every class and speak of how relaxing it is. This item is a vital part of our stress relieving activity without the pressure of having to talk. Relaxing! My first coloring book in years since the grown grandkids were little! It’s actually fun to think beyond one color or another! I also bought 200 coloring pencils in a set! That’s also nice!

This coloring book is nice, the paper was good enough quality to include as a gift with high end markers. The paper is on the thin side and markers do bleed through but you can’t beat the price.

Black ink that’s used to print the pages bleeds a bit into your color as you are applying the marker but after it dries you can’t tell so much but still slightly disappointing. Otherwise it’s very cute designs and pages are black with grey mandala on the back of each page, but marker ink will bleed through to next page. ***See photos***
