I was wary about these - people saying they helped but didn’t cure. My experience is that they absolutely cured. My husband immediately said he could feel he was breathing better and I have now had three nights of undisturbed sleep. An extraordinary simple fix.

Definitely opens up the nose and sticks well, almost too well as it was very painful to get off the next morning but didn't help much with snoring

Great product! I always had issues with breathing, especially lying down, but these have helped a lot! They are comfortable, easy to apply and usually stay on through the night.

I got these hoping for a big improvement in my breathing at night, but honestly, they’re just okay. They do open up my nose slightly, but not as much as I expected, and they don’t make a huge difference in my sleep quality. They stick well and stay on all night, which is good, but removing them can be uncomfortable and leaves a bit of redness. Didn't make the slightest bit of difference!!

These work brillliantly, stopped my snoring, and I feeel a bit more refreshed when waking up. Make sure you wash your nose though to remove natural oil from your skin so they ahere properly and stay on all night.

Didn’t Stick for Me I really wanted these Breathe Right Nasal Strips to work, as I’ve heard good things about them, but unfortunately they were a disappointment in my case. The main issue was that they simply wouldn’t stay stuck to my nose properly. Even after making sure my skin was clean and dry before applying them, they started lifting and peeling away far too easily. Once they lose their grip, they can’t really do the job they’re designed for. Pros: ✔ Easy to apply ✔ Comfortable while they stay in place ✔ Drug-free option for improving airflow Cons: ✘ Poor adhesion ✘ Started peeling off quickly ✘ Didn’t stay on long enough to notice much benefit My Experience: I tried several strips from the pack and had the same problem each time. Rather than helping me breathe better through the night, I spent more time trying to get them to stick properly. In the end, the remainder of the pack ended up in the bin because they just weren’t working for me. Overall: These may work better for others, but I found the adhesive too weak to be effective. Unfortunately, they didn’t deliver the results I was hoping for.

I used them for a while now, they work for a little better breathing. It's not a magic, but really helps. The adhesive is strong enough to last the whole night.
