I was wary about these - people saying they helped but didn’t cure. My experience is that they absolutely cured. My husband immediately said he could feel he was breathing better and I have now had three nights of undisturbed sleep. An extraordinary simple fix.

Definitely opens up the nose and sticks well, almost too well as it was very painful to get off the next morning but didn't help much with snoring

First thing first sleep on your side, rather thenyflar on back. It does help. Rhe plasters itself. Bit weird to put on as I've got weird shape of me face. Or maybe the fact I'm an idiot? 🤦 Either way I'll put them to close and they almost under my eyes or to low and they look like a weird moustache. 😁 Do they work? According to my misses i already snore less and quieter. That's improvement already. She's not being wake up all the time, and only noticed that i do snore when she goes to the loo. Other than that? They are sticky so next morning it could be challenging to take them off. But just grab them on one side and pull it in rapid succession and you're done.

Didn't make the slightest bit of difference!!

I've been using nose sleeping strips for a few weeks now, and they’ve made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep. They’re easy to apply and stay on all night without causing any discomfort. Didn’t Stick for Me I really wanted these Breathe Right Nasal Strips to work, as I’ve heard good things about them, but unfortunately they were a disappointment in my case. The main issue was that they simply wouldn’t stay stuck to my nose properly. Even after making sure my skin was clean and dry before applying them, they started lifting and peeling away far too easily. Once they lose their grip, they can’t really do the job they’re designed for. Pros: ✔ Easy to apply ✔ Comfortable while they stay in place ✔ Drug-free option for improving airflow Cons: ✘ Poor adhesion ✘ Started peeling off quickly ✘ Didn’t stay on long enough to notice much benefit My Experience: I tried several strips from the pack and had the same problem each time. Rather than helping me breathe better through the night, I spent more time trying to get them to stick properly. In the end, the remainder of the pack ended up in the bin because they just weren’t working for me. Overall: These may work better for others, but I found the adhesive too weak to be effective. Unfortunately, they didn’t deliver the results I was hoping for.

I used them for a while now, they work for a little better breathing. It's not a magic, but really helps. The adhesive is strong enough to last the whole night.
