Small, strong magnets. Easy to mount with provided screws. Worked great for my application.

I bought bar magnets in the past to hold tools in my garage or the serve as door closures, but had to use crazy glue to put them in place. These are pre drilled so easy to screw in. The magnet is embedded in another piece of metal that seems to increase its strength. Almost too strong. I was going to use them to hold equipment on my volunteer squad ambulance, but figured they could mess up electronic watches, pacemakers, etc.

I bought this magnets to be able to attach some things to the wall. However, I did not realize that they have 80 pounds of force, which makes them almost unusable because they’re so strong. This is obviously not their fault. It is mine, but you should be aware that these magnets are incredibly strong and should only be used on on heavy equipment or things that you want to stick to them that don’t want to move ever again . All in all, they are good value for the money. And they are incredibly powerful for their size.

I used these super dupper magnets on the doggie door. You read that correctly On The Doggie Door.The issue I had was when the A/C is on it sucks the doggie door into the house. Which in the Arizona Heat in the summer is definitely, not a good thing. Imagine your electric bill being $530 one month and $318 the next month without touching the dial on the A/C unit. I put 6 of these on the bottom for extra weight and it's working pretty great. Number of magnets may be different for you depending on the size of your doggie, cattie or piggy door. I'm happy, the dogs are happy and most importantly my wife is happy. We should all be happy!

The magnets are exceptionally strong. They actually ended up being too strong for our use case, so we swapped to a simpler solution. We now have these off to the side for future projects. I would recommend if you need strong magnets that can hold a pound or two.

I ordered these magnets to use on some concealed gun cabinets that I build and found them to be plenty strong to hold a weapon in place, I will definitely order some more and I strongly recommend these magnets

These are very strong magnet. I got them to hold lights on my Jeep versus tape on the old paint job. Still trying to get the magnets apart. May be to strong for me.

These are strong magnets but seem to be very fragile. There were 2 broken when received.

These took a while to arrive, but they more than live up to their name. They are incredibly strong - unbelievably so! They arrive in a plastic case surrounded by padding with a small piece of padding between each magnet. One thing I would say is to be careful as they can easily nip a finger if it got between the magnet and a piece of metal. There are 16 of them and each is easily capable of holding small hand tools such as screwdrivers, spanners etc.The magnets have countersunk screw holes allowing them to be attached to a surface. A straight pull from a steel RSJ in the garage held in excess of their rated 20Kg and actually required sliding to remove from the beam. Yes they are not cheap but the use case for these is professional (seriously not for holding cupboard door closed) and for this purpose they are great value! I would probably upgrade the screws as if used in wood they would likely pull out due to the forces involved!
