great product, sturdy, and does allow the cats into the room with their litter box while keeping the dog out. we love having an opening door so we don’t have to climb over it. it’s great for anyone with disabilities or a hard time getting around, very convenient. it’s not too high. and i love that the door automatically closes and locks on its own if it’s open. it was a bit frustrating to put together and def had my husband cursing, but we’re very happy with our purchase. we were worried it wouldn’t fit the door frame but it just took a bit of adjusting. the gate comes with a lot of extra parts that we did not end up needing or using but i imagine would be necessary for a wider door frame. and it looks great!

This gate is awesome, we used to have a short gate that we would step over, this was to keep a Chihuahua and a Yorkie from the back of the house because even though they are pad and house trained they think carpet is grass. My wife and I in our 70's have tripped over this gate several time over the last 2 years but the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak is when I tripped and was in Trama care for 4 days with a broken bone in my neck and severe soft tissue damage. My wife got rid of the little, short gate and I bought this one. What I liked was the little door at the bottom for the cat but was still afraid the dogs would go through it because the cat is bigger than they are. I made the opening for the cat small as I could and she slides right thru it like it's not there. The Yorkie tried but got stuck and the Chihuahua saw this and it too afraid to go thru. I love the fact that after installing you don't have to worry about it moving back and forth, once installed it stays put. The gate is easy to use after you get used to how to operate it, last but not least it is a perfect height.

Easy to install! Very secure despite our 9 month old trying to shake the gate. Our cats love that they can go through instead of just over, and baby stays safely out of the kitchen (and the cats’ food). Win-win!!!

Perfect baby gate to keep my kid from passing without preventing my cat from going downstairs. There is a sliding door that you can use to make the cat door small enough that baby can’t fit through but big enough for cat. Very functional. I like that you can use it with tension or hardware. Sturdy and perfect.

The install was very easy and from a safety standpoint, I could see where this would be a great gate for someone who has small children and pets. It is very sleek and made of a nice metal. However, the gate is not very sturdy. It fell down multiple times before we decided to install some brackets on it. I definitely do not recommend it to someone who is older and has a difficulty opening things because it was also kind of hard to open.

It fit my front porch! It is great quality, well Made. I couldn’t find a baby gate that worked gor my front porch. This one fits, it’s sturdy (my railing isn’t) it’s so much easier to open and close than other gates. I Love the cat foor, and do do my cats.

Highly recommend this gate if you have cats and/or babies, bonus points if you also have dogs! We use this to keep our toddle and dogs out of certain rooms, but give our cat the ability to move in and out of it. Very sturdy and build quality is fantastic. Love having the option to wedge it to the wall or to screw it into the wall!

Almost everything is perfect except the bottom latch is not controlled by the dual top latch triggers and we had to tape it to render it inert in order to operate the door.

Very disappointed there is NO cat door as shown in the picture I need a refund right away

This baby gate is AWESOME! I’ve purchased two other baby gates previous to this gate and they were terrible in comparison to this one because they have no features but were the same price. I have a massive cat people tell me, he’s tall, he’s long, and he’s big boned. He fits through this gate no problem. With that being said, it’s not big enough for my 10 month old to fit through. My mom recently came to visit with her 17 year old Chihuahua who is frail, she was hesitant at first but once shown how to walk through, she started walking through with zero issues. This is nice because it gives the animals an escape from a crawling infant! The installation was fairly easy. There aren’t a ton of parts so it’s pretty straightforward. I had to alter the height of the sticky cup on my wall, I pried it off and I was impressed by how stuck on it was that there was no damage to my paint. The gate is cool because it opens, closes, and swings both ways. Towards you or away from you. Another unique feature is its ability to stay open on either side. When my baby is sleeping my husband and I don’t have to worry about opening and closing the gate to get through, we just leave it open. If you touch the gate with enough pressure it will swing closed and lock. The animal door also has a locking feature. You can open it and lock it or you can choose to slide it closed and lock it as well. I noticed while taking the video it may need some oil at some point, it’s getting a bit squeaky but other than that it’s excellent. Highly recommend.

I bought this for a client. Was pretty straightforward to set up and move. Has a nice walk through gate and separate cat entrance.

This gate is amazing for anyone with toddlers and small pets!!!! I was kind of weary when I first bought it but it soon made me a lover of this amazing product!!!! The gate latches firmly and has safety features built in so that the bottom latches regardless if the top latches so is still hard to open even for an adult as you have to actually lift the gate to get it off of the bottom latch, making it impossible for a toddler to be able to open regardless!!!! The pet door will fit any cat and even a Cockapoo dog that looks way too big to get through but isn’t!!!! Love this gate and recommend it for anyone that is looking for a good reliable gate for their toddler(s) and small to medium pet(s)!!!!
