I bought another similar to this, without the expansion layer, and it had more room. The net pockets don't really hold much. I don't like the design. I bought to use on Frontier. I was able to put 3 outfits in it, using the compression packing cubes. If you can use the expansion layer, it's better, but not if you're using as a personal item for discount airlines. I also wish it had a water bottle pocket. Overall, it does the job.

I love this bag. I used it for my most recent trip. I love that I can extend the luggage compartment. This bag has many compartments which i personally like. What I really love about this bag, is that at max capacity it still easily fits in spirit airlines personal item bin. My only complaint is their is no way to put a lock on the bag. Other than that this is my go to bag for short trips.

This bag takes the worry out of your "personal item" being too large and the airlines giving you issues about it. Although small in size by default, it eats up your gear with ample space to pack for 3-5 days max, depending on what you pack. Laptop space is good for a larger 15 inch laptop (I have a mobile workstation so it's thicker and overall tougher than a regular laptop, but it still fit.Travel Tips:-Get yourself a travel towel - they are super thin and work very well while not taking up a lot of space. They are thinner than a kitchen rag, but absorb like a real towel and dry quickly.-Try to get lodging with laundry available, this way you can pack less and just do laundry there. Take a few Tide Pods and dryer sheets and boom.-Get travel empty travel bottles and fill with your fav shampoo, soap, etc. This way there's no guessing if you'll like the travel size product you just found at the store.-Get a fast-charge travel battery pack so you can use the USB port on this bag.To improve (for manufacturer):-I used to design luggage in the past. You need to improve material quality so it can last longer. The vinyl used is rather thin (perhaps to save weight and cost) but this will be detrimental in the long run-Bottom should be a tougher material to absorb scrapes-Shoulder straps need to be tougher. These will likely rip off over time.-Give a choice of USB port, so it's friendly with more modern devices using USB-C. Perhaps if the inside cable is swappable and you make the cable available, a user can upgrade this connection.-While some of the above might bump up pricing, I do believe the user will be happier in the long run.Overall a great buy!

My 20 year old needed a carry-on, so he would not have to pay additional to travel this fit everything perfectly for a long weekend he was able to store it under the seat in front of him perfectly. Great purchase we will use it much more in the future.

Loves: the buckles do not impede the operation of the front pocket or laptop pocket zippers. That's key if you're going through a lot of security checkpoints. The way the laptop pocket folds all the way down is very nice. The expansion is ideal, and it is a personal item size when not expanded. Fabric is durable and seems almost waterproof.

I went on a trip over seas and flew spirit and said I just need a nice back pack nothing major. I saw this and said let’s see. MANNNNNNN it was great and the fact you can expand it by undoing the zipper. I just wanted a personal bag for when I get on. This was great. So I bought another. The one I have to travel with because all the compartments in the bag has my lotion, toothpastes, socks etc etc. I didn’t want to remove all of that stuff to have to put it all back on my next trip. Of course I washed my socks and but them back ( I know y’all were thinking it lol). I said let me buy one for everyday use and one for travel.

The bottom strap connecting piece is made with the slightly rubbery material as the rest of the backpack, and that sucks. They should have made that connecting piece out of he same material as the strap, just like other backpacks that can bear heavier load.It ripped right off.There are tons of great things about hThe backpack.- dark grey option doesn't catch the eye of flight attendants. The color makes it look smaller.- expansion being inches is great. You can use it to be bigger after your plane lands.Some things I wish was different:- the whole face of the front should be the pocket, not cut off at the top. You can barely fit an 8x11.5 inch standard paper in there. Things tend to fall to the bottom, so the top ends up empty. So fill up that top to be a pocket.- slightly more and better laptop compartment pockets. The laptop compartment's low guard is tooloose, so you always catch it when trying to put stuff in. And it doesn't do a good job of holding the stuff against the flat face.

Ce sac à dos est un bon compromis pour un déplacement de 2/3 jours.Les 3 grands compartiments font vraiment bien leur job.Assez de place pour mettre un ordi de 14 pouces, plusieurs documents et des vêtements pour 3 jours.Confortable sur les épaules.Seul regret il manque une poche de coté pour mettre une petite bouteille.Arès plusieurs utilisations, je ne regrette pas mon achat.

Per me è il migliore nella sua categoria. Ho acquistato 4 zaini di queste dimensioni ed è l'unico in cui entra agevolmente il mio laptop da 15" nell'apposita tasca. Anche se le misure non sono esattamente quelle di Ryanair, dubito che avrò mai problemi perché si tratta di pochi centimetri in più (per ora ho fatto solo un viaggio con Rayanair ed è andato tutto bene). Consigliatissimo.

LO ZAINO SEMBRA ESSERE FATTO DI BUONI MATERIALI E RISPECCHIA IL VIDEO DI PRESENZAZIONE.NON HO DATO 5 STELLE PERCHE' LO DEVO ANCORA PROVARE IN VIAGGIO. HA TUTTO QUELLO CHE SERVE PER VIAGGI DA 3/4 GIORNI . MANCA SOLO IL PORTABOTTIGLIE ESTERNO MA E' UN DETTAGLIO MARGINALE. OTTIMA ANCHE IL RETRO DA APPOGGIARE ALLE SPALLE . TASCA POSTERIORE SICUREZZA E STASCHINO IN IN SPALLACCI OTTIMI.

il titolo dice tutto.cuciture e cerniere molto robuste; anche gli spallacci, a zaino completamento aperto (cioè versione 40 l) e pieno sostengono bene il peso. Naturalmente a zaino completamente aperto l'unico modo per il trasporto è con gli spallacci (sulle spalle) perchè con i manici in quella posizione il carico è completamente sbilanciato. unico neo le cinghie laterali: portato con i manici lungo il lato maggiore penzolano in maniera fastidiosa ma npon essendo il mio caso (non lo uso mai così) dò comunque 5 stelle.
