Might work, but cheap plastic
I liked the price on this phone and headset. I was really disappointed when I got it. It seemed very fragile, not very well built from cheap plastic.

Great phone with small footprint!
Like a lot of people, I started working from home during COVID-19. I was using an old style desk phone. This was an upgrade. It has a very small desktop footprint.

Low volume
Sadly only have 2 settings for volume and it's so low you still can't really hear. Everything else works great but volume is needed to heat inbound callers.

Great Customer Service
I bought this phone and headset combo but out of the box, the headset was unusable. Just loud static and crackling. I sent a message to the seller asking if I should return the everything or just the headset. I was told not to worry or send anything back. It would be taken care of. My replacement headset came today (3 days after my original order) and works perfectly. Thank you for the great service. The Headset is a tad large, seems they all are for me, but it is workable and I can hear my callers loud and clear.

Could have better call clarity
I work from home and I'm often told they cant hear me. I can't plug in another headsets cause it won't work. There is no speaker option (not sure if that is necessary) I don't like the headset is not a usb option. Ehhhh. It's okay I guess
