GoveeLife Smart Humidifiers for Bedroom, 3L Top Fill Cool Mist Humidifier

So I got this because I was having issues breathing at night and wanted to humidifier. I have other Govee products and I figured I’d try this one. It works through the Govee app. It has an LED that changes various colors or you could leave it off. It does hold a lot of water. I will say it did last for about three days in automatic mode. Automatic mode only works if you have another Govee device called the Bluetooth thermometer Hydrometer mini sensor communicates with the Govee app and tells you how much moisture is in the air and can trigger it to turn on and off. If you don’t have it, automatic mode will not work. It’s very easy to use you just fill it up but the tank on top and turn it on it can connect via Wi-Fi to work with Alexa or Google and it can connect via Bluetooth to work with the Govee app it is very quiet. I couldn’t tell it was on a few times. I couldn’t tell if it was off. I always had to look at the top of it just to see if it was doing anything. It’s very easy to operate. It’s only got one button on it a couple of different modes, but preferably I would use it through the app because you have more options. It will flash a red LED and notify you on the app that it’s empty. It’s sleek appearance keeps it from looking like a traditional humidifier.

This is probably one of the best humidifiers I have owned. I love the different features that this has. You cannot go wrong with this brand, I am impressed. This humidifier is very quiet and it's not too big or too small. The night light is bright enough in any color and there is so many colors to choose from. It also has a timer function among many other features. The quality is good and is easy to operate. I recommend this over other brands.

This humidifier is perfect for my 2.5ftx2.5ftx5.3ft grow tent and is more than efficient. It easily brings the humidity up. It's the perfect size as well. The humidity can be 55% and when I turn the humidifier on within a couple minutes it's up to 75%. The humidity can be adjusted between 40% to 80% but it would be nice if it went up to 90%. The Govee app allows for tons of adjustments to the humidifier especially if you have one of their thermo-hygrometers to connect it to. I have the Govee hygrometer and it allows the humidifier to keep the humidity at whatever setting you set it for. The hygrometer tells the humidifier when to turn on and off. You can also set humidity ranges and all kinds of alerts. I used it for about 5 days and finally cleaned it last night. Unlike some other reviewers said I didn't have any problems at all cleaning the humidifier. I always have it running for the most part though so the water doesn't sit for too long. If your not using it as often then it's probably best to clean it sooner. They also said it was hard to get into cracks and crevices to clean but I didn't experience this either. The process for me was pretty quick and easy. It's quiet and I don't hear it at all inside the grow tent so sleep quality shouldn't be effected by it. It puts out a good mist on all power levels. While connected to the hygrometer and running in auto mode it will adjust the mist power level automatically as it needs to. It provides a nice calming glow light or night light but I don't use it because it's in my grow tent. The buttons on the front are actually touch buttons and light up but the light can be turned off as well. I would trust this humidifier to work well in a small room as well. The only real thing I didn't like was not being able to lock the water reservoir down to the base of the humidifier. There should definitely be a way to lock all sections of the humidifier together. Other than that this is a flawless humidifier for the price and features it provides. I highly recommend this for small rooms and especially for small to medium size grow tents!!! Will update if anything changes...

Yes I removed the FOAM, it was set up and working in my set schedule then randomly I woke up to a huge puddle it had leaked everywhere and was leaking around the entire "seal" line. This humidifier only uses gravity to keep the water from coming out nothing in the way of seals or a rubber ring nothing just slap it on and hope for the best, well mine didn't like the water flowing into the power port and is shorted out turning on and off constantly and doesn't not respond to any commands.. its gone and killed itself. UPDATE I waited several days for it dry out and set it up again and so far at least it seems to be fine I put half the maximum amount of water it says since the first time I put it at the maximum line.

Ordered this when my baby got sick and it definitely helped. It’s super easy to assemble and use. it lasts all night and i change the water in the morning so it’s fresh for that night. It’s silent so it’s not noisy and doesn’t wake up the baby. you can option to turn the nightlight on or off if you prefer. My only wish is that the cord was longer but other than that it’s perfect to use when sick and the mist does come out cold so it’s not adding any more heat to the area.

High quality humidifier for sure! It’s a STRONG one! The vapor mist comes out in a nice visible long stream, and it’s very cooling and refreshing, I have never felt it warm. It’s silent as in terms of noise. Totally silent. I really love the lighting effects, and that I can use my phone to change the vapor output level, and customize my lights. However, the Govee app (I already use it for my LEDs too) doesn’t work the best all the time. I find myself resetting the app many times and re-connecting devices, but that’s just the nature of these WiFi devices, which are new to me, and I’m 25. Holds 3 liters of water, but I do find myself filling it up almost every day, as I use it when I go to bed (usually 6-7 hours). So expect it to be near empty if you pump the scale up over level 5 or 6 and higher overnight. Maybe I just needed to find a larger tank humidifier. I do notice a change when I wake up in the morning, though, and my lips and mouth are not as dry, but maybe I just need to set it to the max level output. Cleaning this isn’t too good or too bad. I get hard water stains (orange hard water) on the plastic, and while you can remove some pieces, you can’t truly get to/clean off the bottom vent all the way, even with q-tips for reach, but they did an alright job I’m sure, as they could with all these extra features being included with it. 40 dollars is a normal value for something like this, and I use it every night to sleep, so I’d say give it a try, but if you are the type of person that doesn’t do smart phone apps, then I’d tell you to probably get a traditional non wifi device, even though this humidifier does have a physical button for an on an off switch/high and low vapor output, but it’s still very black and white standard. You’d have to go into the app to set the level just right and change your light colors if that matters to you. 8/10 if it wasn’t for the funky app quality!! Otherwise great!!

I love this humidifier. I bought one for my mom last Christmas and she's still loving it, works great, no issues. So when we moved and winter hit, I got myself one. I love how easy it is in the app: You don't get stuck on only high or low with the app, because you can pick your own mist level from 1 to 10. The light is customizable and bright. I have it sent to fade red and green and can pick how long too. You can turn it on and off from anywhere, so if you forget or want to adjust when you're in bed. The tank is huge and runs forever, it's also incredibly easy to clean. You can add essential oils to it. My prior humidifier was impossible to clean properly with a tiny tank, so I really appreciate this one. And they have so many products that all play well together on the app.

I like this humidifier. It's not perfect but I'm happy with it and I would recommend it to others. I think the good outweighs the bad. Here is the good and bad: The good: -- it is extremely quiet even on the highest level. Some humidifiers make dribbling/gurgling sounds. This does not. -- the app is excellent. I had low expectations but it ended up being one of my favorite aspects of this product. Connects easily and I can adjust the humidifier from anywhere in the house. It also lets you be more specific on the humidity output level, whereas the machine itself only lets you select low (level 1) or high (level 8) -- the night light is also excellent if you need one. It can change to many different colors and brightnesses. It has a few preprogrammed color change cycles if you want. -- it shuts off when out of water. Not all humidifiers do this. -- the cavity of the water tank is big enough to fit your hand into for cleaning (but see below) The bad (all cleaning related): -- The water tank is large enough to fit your hand for cleaning, which is great. But there are SO many nooks and crannies that your hand can't get to. It's design has places where there are like 2mm gaps between parts that no sponge or brush or tool is ever going to fit in to. So while your hand does fit into the tank it doesn't mean you can actually clean every bit of the tank. -- The instruction manual inexplicably says to clean only by drying with a towel and to never use a detergent in it. This is insane. You have to sanitize a humidifier every few days to keep mold out and towel drying isn't going to cut it. So I use hydrogen peroxide because I figure it's pretty delicate unlike bleach, which I would normally use. You will get mold if you don't sanitize. Water and mold are best buddies. This is one of those cases where you just plain shouldn't follow what the manual says. -- There are two tanks to clean, a large upper water reservoir and a lower tank with the mechanics in it. The lower tank is hard to clean without getting water into the power cord hole and the night light isn't waterproof and you can't get that part wet. It's not impossible to clean it's just inconvenient. I've attached some pictures of the inside of the humidifier and the various parts that need to be cleaned. Like I said at the start, it's a great product and I'm happy with it. I just wish they would have thought more about how to actually clean every single part.
