Good quality

Was working great, however the most resistant clip (black) broke as I was demonstrating this product to my friends. Poor timing as I was hyping it up! lol The plastic might be too weak for that top resistant clip, since someone else left a similar review. No issues with the other clips, though. I was using these clips to strengthen my grip for disc golf…it’s the perfect pinch exercise.

I use these at work and they are great to strengthen patient hand strength. They are made well and have very different levels of resistance.

Great to excercise to gain strength in my week fingers and thumb joint, after surgery

I got these for hand therapy after 3 of my fingers had a really bad fracture. Thet are great for strengthening. Every time I move to the next clip, I get excited because I know my fingers' strength is improving. Having different strenght is beneficial because some fingers are more advance that others. My only complaint is there that the clips don't specify the weight of the resistance per the color.

They work, and are sturdy, but hard to pinch and awkward to use.
